You must set your OS power settings to "Never Sleep" (or "Do not sleep when plugged in"). If your computer goes to sleep, the network connection drops, and Chrome background alarms cannot fire.
You do not need to keep your screen illuminated! The system just needs to stay awake. You can turn your screen brightness down to zero (completely black) or allow display sleep, so long as the PC itself doesn't hibernate. Windows users often use the free portable app Insomnia to block sleep without changing global settings.
Yes. The Chrome (or Edge) browser must remain open. It can be minimized, and you can have other tabs open, but you cannot exit or force-quit the browser.
Waiver Sniper follows standard platform waiver rules. It will try to execute all your moves in the order you queued them. If the first two players are already taken by someone else, those claims will fail as invalid. It will then successfully process the 3rd claim on your list.
No. If a scheduled move is invalid (e.g., the player is already rostered), the platform simply rejects the request. It does not produce an actual transaction, so your top waiver priority remains completely intact.
If waivers haven't cleared by the time the extension fires, it will automatically retry the execution every 1 minute until the transaction successfully clears or permanently fails.
This was a known bug affecting league commissioners on ESPN. It is resolved in the latest version. Simply navigate to your specific team page on the ESPN website, or click the "Refresh Data" button in the extension popup to resync your correct roster.
